Unfortunately Boards start to see stars in their eyes when SP's run up from 20c to $2 in a year.
Instead of continuing to continue to do what they are doing well they want to change tact, get excited by ringing the bell on Wall St and all that sort of stuff.
Big mistake this one, if it aint broke don't fix it.
