RE USA Listing, anything under $5USD is pretty much considered penny stocks as some brokerages are very resistant to letting you buy them. I had a Merrill Lynch account for years, lived in the USA and they always gave me push back on cheap stocks until my SeaDrill pushed from $5.22 to $48+ (though that company has long gone now)?
So I think a lot has to be lined up, perhaps material announcements, of resources or off take to boost the price a lot more, before due listing can be executed.
The above is why a lot of foreign energy and commodities firms choose to list in Oz, as we have a different outlook upon riskier, smaller companies which enables initial capital to get things moving.
Wait and see.. but I'm also tempted to down sell a few dog stocks and pile in a bit more..
