San Bernadino has some great realestate (I used to live there) and depending which side of the San Bernadino mountains you are on the commute can be as little as 1 hour from home to mine site. They will have NO issue hiring talent given the location. I cant imagine anyone making more than 30k USD p/a would be chosing to live in Barstow.
