Holders get a chance to participate within a few percent and the company is cashed up past DFS stage. What's not to like?

Likely we have another raise which will probably dilute us by 50%... I like worst cases.

Thing is that will be at 2~3 times current SP and with that under the belt we're funded to phase 1 production and my estimated $300m MC.

Get over the cap raise, it was completed in an orderly fashion and allows the real fun and games to start. I for one wouldn't have bought without it. In for the haul.
