Seems like you are right Rockme - Plan B was to tell the potential JV / Off Take Partnership they ( ABR) are after a better or best deal.
They can advance the project and there is no gun to the head of ABR Management.
Prove up, get permits and they then have a better position for finance.
In this process they have have greater clarity of their Borates and the potential uses as discussed in the Release and maybe even choose from a few different suitors that give them the best deal.
I think the fact that they are dictating the terms here is comforting.
