Looks pretty good at first glance. Term sheet at 12% interest, not binding until approvals and at least 50% offtakes in place amongst other conditions. US lender takes away one concern i had re using Chinese finance for a US project while they are in the middle of a trade war. Minimal dilution to get Phase 1A up and running, these guys are pros - just keep ticking the boxes without too much fanfare.
