In fairness, we don't know what the company legally was able to say in the announcement today. This is a massive company and you would imagine there would be a detailed legally binding agreement.

Let's not lose sight of the big picture. We have a massive company on board and we are powering toward a US listing, where multiples and appetite are much higher than here.

I can only imagine there will be more news being released before the listing. There a lot of carrots in previous announcements. One I am looking forward to is the appointment of a lithium partner.
