Do people find it a little odd that we are proposing to Nasdaq list prior to finalising BFS? I would have thought investors would want to see the “business case” before deciding whether to invest or not. The top down thematic is compelling and that is possibly enough to encourage day 1 US investment. Therefore thinking BFS will be the key share price trigger in 1h calendar 2022.
I am no capital markets expert so would appreciate peoples thoughts?
