From the brokers I talked to, Tony has done a great job and had to really change the culture to get people motivated and doing their job - he's a doer, not a talker. Talkers never did much for us, we're a lead project its never going to be fawned upon. All the fundamentals will lead to a long-life cash cow and that's when we will see interest from others.
