I would suggest doing your own research on that figure of $25m I came up with as I've been wrong before certainly don't make any decisions from it. I calculated it from the end of March cash balance plus the monthly expenditures to date from that point in time plus loan drawdowns / loans remaining. Any trade payables if not paid down already should come out of the remaining budgeted Capex. A lot of items are probably already prepaid as well offsetting this.
