The market has been very rough for small caps and explorers over the last 12 months, especially those with no cashflow from operations. The good news is that many large superannuation funds are starting to look at small caps as they seek to invest the river of cash coming into the superannuation funds each month.
There are millions of superannuation members contributing 10% or more of their grosss salary every month into super and it needs to find a home.
Small caps that have a decent operating cashflow with a sustainable customer base will be those first selected by super funds as they are required to produce long term stable investment returns anywhere from 8% to 15% per year.
Does Galena Mining have operating cashflow? Does Galena Mining have a sustainable customer base? If you believe that the answer is yes to both questions you may see an opportunity for a decent run up of the share price.
Happy New Year and GLTAH.
