From my observation, penny stock share price manipulation is not...

From my observation, penny stock share price manipulation is not hard to understand. Imagine two scenerio:

1. jat share price steadily go up from 20c to 50c, every holder is happy, makes 150% a year, or 30c per share.

2. some institutional investors have confidence sp will go up. They bought shares in mid teens, drove sp to 23c, then capped it to 13c to accumulate, then drove sp up on good news, sell high at 28c, forced sp down all the way down to now 19c. This works because there's always noobs investing with weak hands, uneducated mind and weak mantality. I reckon institutional investors are doing jat just like bubs.
we can see that jat chart looks more and more like bubs chart, rise on high volume, retrace on low volume until there's no sellers, institutional investors drive price up again to sell, they do it over and over, as often as possible.
(23-15)+(28-16)+(30-19)...=8c+12c+11c...=31c+... easily makes much higher than 30c per share.

It's very simple, if institutional investors accumulate, the stock's fair value is higher than current sp. There's no other way around it.

like bubseach time jat has a higher support level, and has a higher new record peak. It's going much higher.
