Plenty of options here. Management need to get on the front foot and reach out to holders, convince us that they are genuinely working for us and then I have no doubt a great many of us will be prepared to dig deep into our pockets.

What we don't want to see is a repeat of this recent attempt to take control of the company by the back door.

For once, the powers that be have triumphed for the small guys and I take my hats off to the members of the TakeOver Panel and their decision.

I'm really looking forward to reading the reasons for their decision, I think there will be a great deal of information there.
