TAM are shown as holding 78 million shares as of 31 July '13
not even sub holders - so no notice required
(check out the 7 mill share trade on DRM yesterday - perfect fit for the 7 mill RMS are/were holding)
more distressed companies with debt drawn down to the max; where do you suppose the will get money from ???
as I said not even sub holders- so do not have to advise on any changes
(If you remember them holding 90 mill they have already come down to 78 mill)
