Probably, budgie4, but ABM don't have the money (now) to do it.
I thought the announcement was a great deal for ABM. They get it moving now, as opposed to waiting years until they have the money themselves to do it.
They get a good sizeable shareholding in CYL, and will reap the rewards if the exploration etc is successful. Someone else has taken on the risk.
It's pretty much win all round for ABM.
The market's initial thoughts are they like it too!!
