Nearly finished with the capital raising , hopefully SP can begin to recover in the next month.
Settlement of the first tranche of the Placement is expected to take place on or around 4 April
2022, with allotment on or around 5 April 2022. The second tranche of the Placement will be
subject to shareholder approval and is expected to settle on or around 20 May 2022, with
allotment on or around 23 May 2022.
