- Noble deal hasn't fallen through, meaning reliable funding and off-take arrangements are still in place for the start-up Bald Hill Tasmanian operation. The Noble deal de-risks the company and provides a solid footing for the start-up of operations.
- raising the extra funds via a cap raise is dilutionary, however seems sensible as it allows the company to get cracking on the other sites in Tasmania, and to progress the NSW and QLD developments (as well as top up company funds which were getting a little low considering it might be a while until revenue flows from Bald Hill.)
