    I was waiting until they hit 20million tonnes (with decent grade) before I bought - Apparently 20mt is roughly the minimum size for a heap leach operation. 4 million tonnes per annum sounds way too high - probably 1 to 2 mtpa. ABx's testing at ANSTO points closely to them having proper Ionic Adsorbed Clay mineralisation - so really low cost to extract the elements and probably fairly low capex to set up. It also looks like they have a higher than average grade for Permanent Magnet Rare Earths (the valuable ones.).
