In total agreement Shady.
The only handbrake I can see is that the Indians have reneged a few times previously so maybe there is cautiousness until it is final. Having said that it seems just formalities now so good times ahead.

I am going Long on Copper, stock levels are lower, economies are turning up and building. ABY caused pain but is a fantastic play imo.
