You read correctly rae. However.... "The definitive agreement is expected to include supply of rampup volumes over 2023 - 2025, prior to the 60,000 tonne offtakesupply commencing in 2026."
No idea on how much ramp up volumes will be, but it looks like money starts rolling in next year.
