Ann: ACC and Talga sign non-binding Offtake for 60kt Anode Supply, page-33

Fantastic job Mark and Talga team - the starting gun has been fired and we know there won't be enough locally manufactured anode in Europe to match the gigafactory build out (demand).

I wonder who will be next?
- Freyr
- LTT (Foxconn)
- Northvolt
- VW
- Tesla

Also, I love the floating price provision Mark has negotiated into the contract to ensure Talga benefits from the forecast anode price increase in the future as demand tightens this decade. Several of our other graphite peers failed to negotiate this and the contract is heavily skewed in favour of the cell maker/OEM.

This is something our favourite down ramper, who has suddenly and mysteriously disappeared always failed to take into account.....Mark could have signed an offtake months/even years ago, but deliberately held off to ensure the deal was in Talga's long term interests.
