INR was in same position, and JV'd its lithium mine, giving a 50% stake to its partner in exchange for all the equity capital it needed to build the mine. That in place, with a great equity partner makes the debt capital component a monty.
Its partner also subscribed for Xm new shares to provide immediate cash, negating the need for a CR or loan.
