I was one of the short-term sellers - can't pass up +40%.
What concerns me short-term is BIN are paying ~9.0x EBITDA for DADI who presumably are exposed to some of the issues that have caused BIN earnings expectations to fall? Part of the original deal was equity to the DADI owners, when their share price was ~$2.70, so if similar dollar equity is issued then there is more dilution for BIN shareholders.
Current high capex, the DADI acquisition and integration, market pressures and the buyback all add up to a capital demanding and management demanding 12-months.
Will follow with interest for the long-term.
