    re: Ann: AXX: ACCC calls for comment on Foxte... To me the main jist was that they believe that the NBN will open up competition between Austar and Foxtel.

    They also believe the NBN will allow new players to enter the market and a combined entity will restrict this new competition.

    They are also ruling on more than just pay tv.
