The independent value gave $4.81 as the lower value, would be an impossible deal below this. Then others have offered $5.20 in earlier offers. I would definitely cough up the 28 million dollars to cancel it if I was them. The PEXA part is now worth $2 per share, depends how much of a want of PEXA they desire.
