Ann: ACCC investigation into Qantas share acquisition finalised, page-2

So much for the ACCC's close scrutiny and continuing investigation into QAN acquisition of its 19.9% stake.
After three years we are provided with this:

“I refer to our previous correspondence regarding the ACCC’s investigation of
the completed acquisition of a 19.9% shareholding in Alliance Aviation
Services Ltd (Alliance Airlines) by Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas) (the
Acquisition).
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has
considered the information it has before it in relation to the Acquisition. Based
on the information available to date, the ACCC does not propose to take any
further enforcement action at this time pursuant to section 50 of the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Although the ACCC is not proposing to take any further enforcement action at
this point in time in relation to this matter, it will continue to monitor Qantas’s
conduct in the industry in relation to Alliance and may take action at a later
time.”

ACCC hasn't bothered to update its website with this outcome and Qantas hasn't bothered to make any announcement either.
