Seems that even good news is a weight on the stock price. The volume today is definitely lighter than it should be with such a momentous development and could suggest the big boys have sat on the sidelines waiting to see what other players might do. We are seeing an uptick in volume going into the last hour of trading, which suggests we are going to have a testing of the support at this point. After all, we couldn't break the $3.58/59 level for a second time. That's not great for the short term, but there is still a lot of value left in TLS.
We probably will be able to pick them up a little cheaper in coming days if this pans out to be correct.
