Yohaneski1,just my opinion,but the fact the accc has confirmed their decision before court ruling confirms their intentions.
Even if vodafones weak 'procedural' argument has success in a legal opinion,its still a weak argument and the accc could easily change the 'procedure/process' to confirm their reasons for not declaring regional roaming.
If it was a 2 horse race i would back the accc.
