Wow KGN could get a $10 mill penalty according to the SMH article posted above? That is excessive and is that possible? There will be another hearing and submissions made prior to penalty being imposed and there could be an appeal by KGN. We will see how it all stacks up but in meantime we don't need this hassle do we... as if the virus isn't enough to worry about now the ACCC have infected the SP and reputation however of course it is all self inflicted by KGN
