This is second time Kogan will be fined. I am really concerned that Kogan in order to achieve high performance targets is using unethical business practices. I believe this will put lot of pressure on share price in coming weeks. The share price is already inflated and it’s fall is due. As always DYOR as many will get burnt particularly retail customers who think they are invested in speculative shares.
