Its not mutually exclusive though. They should focus on both. What Kogan and many other retailers are doing is clearly deceptive. Even though i'm a significant shareholder i'm still happy for this practice to get reigned in.
What you're talking about above is a *** argument. No-one is disputing the fact that Kogan provides competition. It has nothing to do with misleading customers into thinking they're getting 10% off when they're clearly not. To be honest I find it pretty disgusting that so many people are defending this, shareholder or not.
