Gold went up on the new variant because it means the great unknown, possible slow downs, ongoing printing, no rate hikes, rising inflation, slower supply chains etc. Once the variant news settles down, so will the gold price. The A$ has dropped back hard along with all this and we remain at A$2500. Gold is trading in a range. People sell the rallies but they also buy the dips. Its walking a tight rope in a range to me. BC8 has had two lots of positive news recently. The market is off in other directions. I think bc8 might be due an initial early reserve number and some more results with any luck. Then we step into next year. I will be buying bc8 over the xmas period on any silly stuff.
