New to AJQ, and curious about the association to DGR, so I've read around 10 DGR threads. I think I now get it. Some of the commentary around NM hmmm nothing too bad, but makes for some interesting reading.

As for AJQ's CN's being a possible reason behind the Cap Raise, (to force a few hands), just wondering if this could be linked to the Carnegie dispute mentioned by the Company in an Announcement late last month ?

CR has been a momentum killer. Just as this seemed to be taking off. IMO it will take the market a while to digest the CR. So, in NM we trust, and we wait.
