Announcement stated "Its not underwritten but is being lead managed by Baker Young Stockbrokers ltd"
So how could institutions be pulling out , if there is no indication they have even come on board to underwrite it .
TO me ABV have set themselves up for failure with this entitlement offer given the share issue price is the same as the current share price , and with a sweetener of an option that will be questionable in getting into the money .
