How predictable was this resulting SP? I've seen it happen time and time again with CRs. Unless you make the offer attractive (i.e. attach some options) you set yourself up for a fail. Now what are the chances the retailers will take up the offer? Not so good I dare to suggest. This is going to be one hell of an expensive way to raise a tiny amount of funds.
