Yes, Its like Norway knows what is going on, he was advising it was going to be 2 cents the other week.
I am fairly certain he has called the last two CR's, One might start thinking he is working with one of the larger shareholders to gain more control of MRC for the cheapest price possible. It the only plausible reason for him to act the way he does.
