After Mr Caruso prevented the under writing of the last CR, which meant the company fell short of funds, then we had the appointment of the New CEO who has a proven track record of capital raising, I am not surprised by this announcement.
its really sar the company wasnt able to get the inlands strands up and running or provide positive news to increase the SP before raising funds
