Did you read the entitlement offer?
MRC is bringing in new investors. As you would know MRC needs new shareholders, you only need to see how much damage can be caused by MVC's selling.
I have long said the bitter dispute between MVC, MRC and Edwards has only damaged retail shareholders wealth.
