With the constant news of impressive blue chip brands like AT&T, Samsung, Microsoft and The Tata Group within the partnership deals for Syntonic and growing, how do we raise $7 Million Dollars from the details below?
My maths and correct if I'm wrong is this:
280,000,000 Shares = .025 per share x $7,000,000 (yes or no)
Options 152,500,000 ????? not sure what will happen with the options but previous announcements suggest .02

We are currently .01 vs .025, so how does the old PSF shareholders accept this offer?
The news is great and nobody can say other wise via the information available. We really should be around that target (.025), so do they have the ace of diamonds or the black swan Company coming online?
Are the powers to be keeping this price controlled as we see with Thursday's close by 4 only share @.01 to change peoples perception of SP from the constant buying all day at .011?
My personal view (IMO) is the current shareholders will be given very special treatment with the options to encourage support for the raise. Nobody will support a raise under .02 in my view unless they produce earnings over $25 million per year in their up coming Prospectus disclosure, could happen.
Also posters here don't like the billions on offer due to a possible consolidation, I agree.......BUT this is a US firm and I personally believe they consider themselves to be within the "silicon valley" circle of elite......Honestly the directors are serious Geeks and we all laughed at these folks at school (I didn't) now looks what happened, Facebook, Twitter and the Google Computer nerds are now laughing at me.......So Syntonic/PSF I feel is providing more shares to turn this company into something with a market cap over $100 Million with the idea to be snapped up by another huge tech company............(SPECULATION but possible)
The DD is closing today also from previous news but below says 29th, keep this in mind.
I said from the start here and provided so much information for free that Syntonic is the real deal and I email Gary often as a shareholder asking why I need to spend money with him. I feel confident but don't quote me and always do your own homework and everything I have just said is speculation...........What does the forum think?????????
