I don't think you'll get to find that out until after the deal is done.
It will depend on how much of Syntonic he already owns. They'll own just under 50% of the enlarged company (1.2B out of 2.479B shares) plus how many of the 500M performance shares are available to him should the 3 criteria for issuing them be met.
Personally I could see it eventually being in the 15 - 20% range, but that's purely a gut feeling. You'll find out fairly soon I'm sure.
