Yes I agree this is top up time I don't see much downside risk from here
The sp has been under a lot of pressure lately once news of successful completion of the Sinopec china plant this will rocket followed by signing some new plants this tiny market cap will be gone for good
Do like buffet does
Buy low when companies are out of love and sell high once the mob arrives $$
