I will accept contract awards in 2017, nothing more nothing less. Not to interested in whether or not the plants are producing this year.
I'll apply a little construction logic to the execution timeline which isn't always congruent with the needs or wants of the market due to the complex and dynamic nature of the industry.
Take whatever timeframe they specify and for best case scenario add 50%, for worst case scenario add 100% to the timeframe.
