Keep in mind that last week when Hartleys stopped selling for a few days, the SP began to 'naturally gravitate' higher.
IMO, fair value is somewhere between 10 - 12c at the moment. Each passing announcement builds upon the last.
We just need an insto or cornerstone investor to begin pulling the buy trigger for this thing to go ballistic. IMO, that time will come closer to the announcement of Hainan completion and/or a signed contract.
Until then, I wait, watch and BUY when I have the funds.
