Not using graphene (alas) but instead substituting the component of cement that leads to most carbon dioxide with another common compound. Cant remember the details now but quite interesting.
Mention was also made of how hard it is to get construction companies etc to change cement ingredients due all the regulatory / legal issues that immediately raises.

Indeed. It speaks for the good work of FGR and its partners that the first large-scale trial with Breedon produced good results. But it also speaks in favour of the technical idea of using the nano material PureGraph to create new, more effective possibilities for connections.
The spirit of discovery from the UK, Manchester and Abu Dhabi, a spirit open to technology and research, is very remarkable here. The GEIC is also called the Masdar Building.

And we should not forget that Cemex is carrying out trials with PureGRAPH on recycled concrete, as well as trials to improve the product properties of concrete.

Now it is time to go through the open doors with good results, as with Breedon and Hope Cement. A nice development. FGR's talent has been recognised.
