100% they will need to raise , but at what price ?? do they raise now or do they throw out a few announcements , i.e offtakes and DSO funding via loan, US grant and then raise if the stock rallies back up close to 10 ish ? .
Either way its a nothing burger and they will have many raises in the future ,thats all part of the game , im jst hoping they dont have to raise at these levels again .
