For anyone who has tried raising finance before, banks don't just willy nilly hand out terms sheets.

The fact they have terms from several lenders and are moving forward their decision to mine is very promising in-deed.

The only hurdles from here are the "conditions precedent" in those term sheets.

I think the FID will be closely followed ( if not simultaneous) with a financing terms sheet being signed off on and an outline/time frame for conditions precedent to be met, along with a capital raise.

This will be a cap raise to go into PRODUCTION and should be celebrated by current holders and will attract capital from fund managers.

We really have a very exciting 6 months ahead. The hardest thing for us now is holding on to our shares as we see significant gains with each milestone.

Nothing wrong with taking some profit but don't settle for 1 bag when there may be closer to 20 bags.
