While it is great news that they are taking their learning to create an improved compound this takes the trials from phase 2 back to phase 1 and effectively pushes this leg of the company by at least a year. With no funding planned for this previously they may then need to find more capital to plug the hole is my guess, unless the disputed funds from the MBU comes through.
