    re: Ann: ACCEPTS OFFER FOR AEO, RETURN TO SHA... well, l have always valued the stock at $5, but the leverage has weighed down the trading price. now that leverage is not such a dirty word there is a re-rating at the same time as capital realisation.
    then there is the prospect of buy out by the kirbys - but they had their chance when the price was $1. now not so sure.
    l will be a happy holder whichever way things go.
