Almost forgot to mention - I noted morningstar now indicates a "strong buy" with target price of 27 cents" viewed this morning on comsec.
Now the last time I saw a "strong buy" was during the brutal fall from $5 to 8 cents...... However with this latest "strong buy" development I am somewhat far more optimistic than historical. Nice to see BCI back on the institution radar. May put some wind back in this companies sails and help move along the pile of tim tams on the staff room floor.
