No response from GAS from the enquiries raised below! Fingers crossed for an announcement of resolution of the access dispute this week! Anyone find out who owns the land??
AccessDisputeConsideringthat the access dispute was advised to market on Monday the 4thNovember 2024 (9:48am), after the release last minute release of the Quarterlyreport, 31st October 2024, are we to assume that Stage Gas was notaware of this “Access Dispute” prior to the release of the quarterly report?
As ashareholder:
- am I to assume that this dispute arose on or between the 31st October 2024 and 4th November (9:48am) and GAS was not aware of this dispute prior to release of the Quarterly report;
- and to the statement from GAS can you provide commentary as to what “efforts to resolve the dispute” GAS has undertaken.
- can you provide information / commentary as to what basis of this dispute is on behalf of the landowner?
HDNGSupply to Local Coal Mine (Say Thiess)
Based on previous information noting post the ramp up phase ofpotential generation of 0.5TJ per day of gas, to the coal mine how does GAS explain a revenue amount of $33K perthe 31st October 2024 Quarterly report. Based on informationprovided, post the “short“ ramp us phase, would this not assume that theamount of gas supplied to coal mine has ONLY been in the order of1.65Tj’s?
If this isthe case and as stipulated in the 31st October 2024 Quarterly “Toenable more efficient unloading of HDNG from the VP Trailers and support use ofHDNG by a larger number of mining trucks, the customer will need to invest inimprovements to its existing on-site infrastructure.” If coal mine is not able to accept the additional gas why has GAS not considered,reported on or pursued the previously advised "potential"offtake of 1TJ/Day by Denison (or if not Denison anyone else for that matter).
In additional to the initial supply agreement with the coal mine havethey committed to an extension of the supply agreement and/or committed to thisat an increased volume?
GrantFunding
What is theanticipated date for the Grant Funding of $5.5M? The Quarterly report issued 31stOctober 2024 appeared to be lacking this amount, so one could only assume thatGAS has not yet received the $5.5M Grant. Can you please:
- Confirm the anticipated date of the $5.5M grant funding.
- Confirm that this $5.5M was not included in the recent 31st October 2024 Quartey Report Financials.
- If this was included provide commentary of where this funding has been expended noting that the 31st October 2024 Quarterly report did not contain any commentary of the delayed drilling events.
Drilling
What ishappening with the previously advised August 2024 and then October 2024drilling? What is the proposed drilling timeline? Was the drilling delayed asa result of the access dispute? If not can you please provide commentary asto why the drilling has not been delayed circa three months? Why was no timeline of the drilling provided within the 31st October 2024 Quarterlyreport? Why has GAS been so vague in relation of timing in the 31stOctober 2024 Quarterly report, was this because GAS was aware of the AccessDispute when compiling the 31st October 2024 Quarterly report?
Denison
Consideringthe constraints noted with coals mines technology why was the previouslyannounced Denison opportunity not explored? And if it was, what was the reulstand why have GAS provided no further comment regarding this opportunity sincethe original announcement?
OtherOpportunities
What otheropportunities has GAS been pursuing since May 2024.Announcements from GAS since this time has been silent on any other potentialincome opportunities be it Intellectual Property, Additional gas supplymemorandums of understanding or possible supply agreements. If I have missedthese opportunities in the GAS announcements it would be appreciated if you could direct my attention to any such announcement.
What isGAS’s relationship with Mining Energy Solutions?
Where does GAS currently see itself as a company? As:
- A HDNG supplier.
- A supplier of IP in relation to HDNG;
- Or a bulk gas provider to the Australian and Internation market.
In answering this what is GAS’ plan to start turning a profit and becoming a self-funding entity rather ten relying on Capital Raisings. Previous advice and announcements made by GAS would suggest that GAS should now be self-sufficient. How as newly appointed Managing Director do you intend to get GAS to this position to warrant the current remuneration forming part of the upcoming AGM Resolutions?
Where is GAS’s liquidity coming from to challenge the current access dispute and the proposed remunerations?
